PREFABRICATED DWELLINGS
CloudHauz offers prefabricated dwelling kits that come in a variety of shapes and sizes, crated and shipped directly to your site. Included in the kit are panels with pre-cut window and door openings. It takes just 3 workers 7 hours to assemble an 8x18 unit. With CloudHauz, simply glide each panel into the other panel (tongue and groove fashion) and bolt the panels together with an electric screwdriver. The panels come with pre-cut channels for running electrical wire. Using a professional hot-saw you can cut out your desired junction boxes, as well as outfit the dwelling with plumbing and other openings. That's it. You've got a dwelling structure in a day.
All of our panelized kits some with all the framing, insulation, vapor barrier and sheathing. Four construction process and products all in one panel. This makes construction of the "bones" or infrastructure of the dwelling quick, easy, and with no messy construction clean up, waste or trips to the dump.
